Saying these next 4 months are my busy season may be a stretch, but it’s about as busy as a guy working full time in a tire factory can be.
I’ve got a lot of shows lined up for West Virginia and a few others around North Carolina, but a big one coming October 24 in Fayetteville, NC. It’s for playing the Dogwood Festival next April. Sort of a competition, Battle for the Main Stage. They’ll be some great bands competing for an opening slot for a headlining national act yet to be announced. Me being a solo performer, I honestly don’t think I’ve got a chance, but I’ve got a shot, and I’ll give it every thing I’ve got, hoping to make an impression on the judges to at least put me somewhere on the bill, even opening for a regional act or local band. If you’re anywhere near Fayetteville, NC on October 24, you can support me by coming to Festival Park and cheer me on. I’ll have more information as it comes available.
